Chamberlain's homemade steak sauce

¼ | cup | Onion(s), chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
¼ | cup | Apple-cider vinegar |
¼ | cup | Balsamic vinegar |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
¼ | cup | Ruby Red grapefruit juice |
¼ | cup | Beef broth |
¼ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
3 | tablespoons | Tomato paste |
2 | teaspoons | Powdered garlic |
2 | tablespoons | Raisins |
1½ | teaspoon | Black peppercorns |
¾ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Saut the onions over medium heat until soft. Add the honey and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium low. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool. Pure in blender until smooth. Refrigerated, the sauce will keep indefinitely.
