| ¼ | cup | Plus 1 ounce bourbon |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ½ | cup | Dark brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Worcestershire |
| ⅓ | cup | Green onions -- minced |
| 3 | Garlic cloves -- minced | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together to make the sauce.
Can be used as either a marinade or a basting sauce for shellfish, fish, beef or chicken.
