Cheese 'n pretzel beer loaf

Ingredients

1 | cup | Beer |
1 | Egg yolk | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | teaspoons | Melted butter |
⅔ | cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 | pack | Hot roll mix |
2 | tablespoons | Crushed pretzels |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Put in large bowl. Sprinkle yeast from mix to warm beer. Stir to dissolve. Add egg yolk, salt, butter, cheese and hot roll mix. Blend well. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Knead for 5 minutes of floured board. Place in greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Bake 30 minutes at 375. Remove from oven and brush with one egg white.
Sprinkle with two tablespoons crushed pretzels. Bake 5 more minutes.
Turn out on wire rack to cool.
