CHEESE BLOCK WILL BE PREPARED 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE MEAL. A 5 LB.
BLOCK OF CHEDDAR CHEESE WILL BE CUT INTO 1 INCH SQUARES AND PLACED ON A TRAY ON THE SALAD BAR FOR THE DINERS. REPLENISH IN 5 LB BLOCKS POST AMOUNTS USED TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN WORKSHEET.
