| 1 | Loaf of cubed bread | |
| 3 | ounces | Cream cheese |
| ¼ | pounds | Sharp Cheddar cheese |
| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 2 | Egg whites | |
Directions
Melt cheeses and butter in double boiler. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in cheese mixture, dip cubes of bread in cheese. Place on buttered cookie sheet in an icebox overnight.
