Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Yellow cheese
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Onion juice
teaspoon Red pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup Chopped pecans
Chili powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into a roll approximately 1-½ inches thick. Roll in chili powder and wrap in waxed paper. Chill. Slice thinly to serve.
