Cheese sauce for baked potato

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Spring onions; chopped
¼ cup Flour
¼ cup Melted butter
2 cups Milk
½ teaspoon Worcestershire
Tabasco to taste
1 teaspoon Salt
cup Grated cheese

Directions

Blend flour in melted butter; make thick and smooth cream sauce by adding milk gradually and stirring constantly. Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add onions or top potatoes with onions before pouring sauce over. A different way to serve baked potato and one men especially enjoy.
