Cheesy cheddar potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 ounces Frozen hash browns with peppers and onions
8 ounces Cheddar cheese; shredded
¾ cup Miracle Whip
½ cup Parmesan; grated

Directions

Heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients, breaking up potatoes with spoon if necessary. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Variation: Omit parmesan cheese. Stir in 2 cups chopped cooked ham. Source: Kraft Submitted By MEG ANTCZAK On 06-10-95
