Cheesy tomato beef

Ingredients

1 pounds Ground beef
14½ ounce Stewed tomatoes
1 Onion; chopped
½ teaspoon Thyme
16 ounces Potatoes;(canned), drained and sliced
1 cup Swiss cheese; grated

Directions

In skillet, brown meat; drain. Drain tomatoes; reserving juice. Add tomato liquid to skillet. Add onion and thyme. Cook over high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring often. Stir in tomatoes and potatoes; heat through. Top with cheese; heat until melted. Source: Del Monte can
