Saucy tomato beef with noodles

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Beef sirloin |
3 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
3 | cups | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |
1 | large | Onion; sliced |
1 | cup | Heinz chili sauce |
½ | cup | Tomato juice |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Horseradish |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground pepper |
375 | grams | Noodles; cooked and drained |
Directions
1. Cut beef into strips.
2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large non stick skillet until very hot.
3. Brown beef in parts, removing beef as it's cooked; add additional 1 Tbsp oil as needed.
4. When all the meat is browned, in the same skillet heat remaining Tbsp oil; add mushrooms and onions and cook and stir until tender.
5. Stir in chili sauce, tomato juice, worcestershire sauce, horseradish and pepper.
6. Return beef to the pan, cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
7. Serve with hot cooked noodles.
