Cherry cream filling

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ounces Cream Cheese; softened
¼ cup Sugar
1 Egg
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ teaspoon Almond Extract
cup Maraschino Cherries; Chopped, well drained
2 drops Red Food Coloring; optional

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract; beat well.

(Mixture will be thin.)

2. Stir in cherries and food coloring, if desired.
