Chewy macaroon pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Eggs, separated
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Almond extract
1 cup Flaked coconut
1 Unbaked pie shell

Directions

Beat yolks, add salt then sugar a half cup at a time. Add almond extract. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into yolk mixture. Pour in coconut. Pour into shell.
