Creamy macaroon indulgence

1½ | cup | Cold milk |
1 | cup | (1/2 pint) sour cream |
2 | tablespoons | Almond liqueur (see note) |
1 | pack | (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling; any flavor |
½ | cup | Crumbled macaroon cookies |
Directions
MIX together milk, sour cream and liqueur in small bowl until smooth. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon ½ of the pudding mixture into individual dessert dishes.
SPRINKLE crumbled macaroons evenly over pudding. Top with remaining pudding. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired.
NOTE: ¼ teaspoon almond extract may be substituted for the almond liqueur.
