Creamy macaroon indulgence

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Cold milk
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
2 tablespoons Almond liqueur (see note)
1 pack (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling; any flavor
½ cup Crumbled macaroon cookies

Directions

MIX together milk, sour cream and liqueur in small bowl until smooth. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon ½ of the pudding mixture into individual dessert dishes.

SPRINKLE crumbled macaroons evenly over pudding. Top with remaining pudding. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired.

NOTE: ¼ teaspoon almond extract may be substituted for the almond liqueur.
