Chicken (or turkey) and rice pot

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Mushroom soup
2 cups Water
1 cup Uncooked regular rice
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 Chicken; cut up (uncooked) but skinned is nice
½ 1.35 ounce envelope onion soup mix; (like Liptons)

Directions

Mix mushroom soup, water, rice and parsley. Place in bottom of roaster pan or casserole dish. Place chicken on top.
