Chicken and cortland apple couscous

2½ | cup | Boiling chicken stock |
½ | cup | Golden raisins |
½ | cup | Toasted slivered almonds |
2 | Cortland apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped | |
¼ | cup | Unsalted butter, but into small pieces |
½ | teaspoon | Ground coriander seeds |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine all ingredients in a 9x13x2 inch glass baking pan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
