Chicken liver teriyaki

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken livers
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Water
Soy sauce or mustard for dipping

Directions

Marinate livers in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2 hours. Place livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or grill until done. Serve with soy sauce or mustard for dipping.
