Oven teriyaki chicken

Ingredients

1 Chicken; cut up
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Vinegar
1 Clove garlic; minced
½ cup Catsup
cup Soy sauce
1 cup Beer -or-
½ cup Wine
cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
cup Powdered ginger
teaspoon Hot pepper sauce

Directions

SAUCE

Marinate chicken with soy sauce, vinegar & garlic overnight. Place chicken in 300 oven for 30 minutes, covered, and an additional 15 minutes uncovered. Combine sauce ingredients & brush chicken with sauce throughout cooking time. After first 45 minutes of baking, increase temperature in oven to 375& bake for 15 minutes more. Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients; simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
