Chicken livers stroganoff

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ pounds Livers, chicken
4 ounces Mushrooms, sliced; drained
1 medium Onion; chopped
¾ cup Vermouth
½ teaspoon Rosemary, dried; crushed
¼ teaspoon Thyme, whole; dried
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Sour cream
Noodles; hot cooked

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, covered 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
