Chicken liver stroganoff #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Sliced onions
¼ cup Butter or margarine
½ pounds Chicken livers
1 tablespoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 carton Sour cream
Hot cooked rice or egg noodles

Directions

Cook onions in butter until tender. Add chicken livers & seasonings. Slowly brown livers. Cover & cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Add sour cream. Heat. Serve over hot rice or egg noodles. Serves 4.
