Chicken waldorf salad~

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Chicken or turkey -- cooked/diced
2 Apples -- cored/chopped
cup Celery -- sliced
½ cup Walnuts -- chopped

Directions

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.

Makes 5 cups.
