From: "Lisabeth Crawford (Pooh)" <104105.1416@...> Brown beef in hot pan, stir in onion, arlic, and chili powder. Cook, stirring often until onion is tender; add rest of indgredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
