Chinese laundry cafe's feta and garlic pate

2 Garlic cloves; minced
4 Anchovy fillets; minced
6 tablespoons Butter; softened
10 ounces Cream cheese; 300 g.
6 ounces Feta cheese; 175 g.
¼ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Chives, fresh; chopped -OR- Green onions
Tabasco sauce; few drops Pepper; freshly ground

Directions

"This funky little cafe is a regular hangout for Queen's university students. Lucky students." this recipe comes from the owner, Ann Marie Rousseau. Combine all ingredients in food processor until very smooth and creamy. Spread on crackers, bread or bagels. Also terrific in sandwiches.
