Feta and garlic dressing

Ingredients

6 ounces Feta cheese
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
¼ cup Sour cream
teaspoon Oregano leaves
teaspoon Black pepper
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Canola oil

Directions

In a food processor fitted with metal blade, process the feta cheese with the garlic. Then mix in the sour cream, oregano and pepper.

Slowly add both the oils with the machine still running. Season to taste.

Serve at room temperature.

Per 2-tablespoon serving: 192 calories, 4 grams protein, 2 grams carbohydrates, 20 grams fat, 6 grams saturated fat, 22 milligrams cholesterol, 240 milligrams sodium.
