Chipotle peach bbq sauce

3 cups Tomato puree
1 cup Red wine vinegar
cup Brown sugar
½ cup Onion; diced
6 Canned chipotle chiles; in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon Garlic; minced
3 Ripe peaches; peeled and sliced
