Chipotle remoulade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Scallion; sliced
¼ cup Parsley; chopped
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 1 lemon juice; fresh
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon White vinegar
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Garlic; minced
1 Chipotle pepper; canned
1 tablespoon Adobo sauce from canned chipotle
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine all except mayo in food processor and blend until smooth then add ½ cup mayonnaise and process until blended NOTES : This makes 1¼ cups
