cup All-purpose flour
cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa.
1 Egg
1 Egg white
¼ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Skim milk

MIX TOGETHER

Stir until batter is smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate 2 hour until batter settles. Pour ¼ c. batter into prepared crepe pan and cook over medium heat. Cool crepes on rack and fill with fruit in season.
