Ingredients

4 ounces Butter
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¾ cup Coconut
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Cocoa
Vanilla essence
1 ounce Melted butter
¾ cup Coconut
1 cup Icing sugar
2 teaspoons Cocoa
Vanilla essence
Milk

Directions

ICING

Melt 4 oz butter and add to the remaining ingredients, mixed together.

Press into an oblong tin.

ICING: Add a little milk to mix. Ice while hot. Alternative method- Add ¼ tin condensed milk to icing.
