Chocolate whipped cream frosting

Ingredients

3 Semisweet chocolate square
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
cup Heavy cream
cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

1. Melt together chocolate, butter and the ⅓ cup heavy cream in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water; stir until smooth.

Cool completely. 2. Beat together the remaining 1¼ cups heavy cream, 10X sugar and vanilla in medium bowl just until soft peaks begin to form. Do not overbeat or frosting will become grainy. 3.
