Chocolate-mint parfait

Ingredients

| ¼ | teaspoon | Peppermint extract |
| 1 | pack | (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding |
| 6 | drops | Green food coloring |
| 1 | cup | Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping |
| Crushed Peppermint candy garnish | ||
| COOL WHIP Whipped Topping garnish | ||
Directions
POUR milk into medium bowl. Add peppermint extract and pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Gently stir food coloring into the whipped topping. Layer pudding and whipped topping in 6 parfait glasses.
REFRIGERATE for 15 minutes. Garnish with additional whipped topping and crushed peppermint candy, if desired.
