Chokecherry syrup with pectin

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Chokecherry juice
1 pack Commercial pectin
1 cup White corn syrup
3 cups Sugar

Directions

Dissolve the pectin in choke cherry juice. Add corn syrup and bring to a boil. Add sugar and boil 2 minutes. Put into hot sterilized jars, seal and process 8 minutes in water bath.
