Chuck steak with deviled sauce

¼ | cup | Scallions; Finely Chopped |
½ | cup | Soy Sauce |
¼ | cup | Catsup |
1 | tablespoon | Prepared Mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper; Freshly Ground |
Directions
Place the steak in a dish and puncture with a fork in several places, then drizzle with the olive oil. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tb olive oil, the scallions, soy sauce, catsup, mustard, and pepper.
Heat until well blend and it is just starting to boil. Meanwhile, grill the steak, 2 to 3 inches above hot coals, until browned on both sides, About 30 minutes for Medium-rare. Place the steak on a serving platter and carve across the grain in ¼-inch slices. Serve 2 to 3 slices per person, with the sauce on the side.
