Cilantro-mint masala marinade (spieler)

1 | teaspoon | Curry powder OR 1 tsp garam masala |
5 | Cardamon pods; the seeds | |
⅓ | cup | Olive oil |
Salt and pepper; to taste |
Directions
Combine in the order listed.
Marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
Especially good on lamb kebabs, chicken breasts or big shrimp in their shells.
