Cinnamon shrimp

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Olive oil
½ pounds Shell,devein shrimp
1 cup Sliced green onions
2 larges Plum tomatoes
1 small Jalapeno
2 tablespoons Lime juice
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro

Directions

Seed and cut into thin strips the pepper and tomatoes. In a 9" nonstick skillet heat oil; add shrimp and green onions and cook over high heat, stirring frequently, until shrimp just turn pink, about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cilantro and stir to combine; cook, stirring constantly, until flavors blend, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
