NOTE: 1. IN STEP 1,, 2 LB (4½ CUPS) GRANULATED SUGAR MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR BROWN SUGAR.

NOTE: 2. THIS MIXTURE MAY BE USED AS A TOPPING; SPRINKLE OVER ROLLS AFTER BAKING.
