Cinnamon whippersnaps

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Pkg. lemon cake mix
2 cups Frozen whipped topping; thawed
1 Egg
Sifted powdered sugar

Directions

Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl mix BY HAND the cake mix, thawed topping and slightly beaten large egg. Drop by teaspoons into the powdered sugar and roll into balls. Place about 1½ inches apart on cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until just light brown. Lift from sheet while hot with firm spatula. Be careful not to overbake. Cookie appears very soft even when done.
