1 cup Light or Cholesterol Free
½ cup Frozen Orange Juice
2 teaspoons Sugar
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
6 cups Shredded Red or Green
2 cs Shredded Carrots
1 Green Pepper thinly sliced
cup Golden Raisins (optional)

Directions

: Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise : Concentrate Thawed

: -Cabbage

Combine mayonnaise, orange juice concentrate, sugar, salt and pepper.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill. Makes about 5 cups.
