2 Sticks butter
2 cups Sugar
cup Flour
2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 Eggs
10 tablespoons Cocoa
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Nuts

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, cocoa and vanilla. Mix well. Sift flour and salt; add to mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan and bake at

350 for 30 minutes.
