Coconut custard blender pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Milk
cup Butter or Margarine
¾ cup Sugar
teaspoon Vanilla
4 Eggs
½ cup Flour
1 cup Shredded coconut
½ teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 10" pie dish. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or until custard is set. Source: Connie Putnam, Warren, MI
