No-crust coconut custard pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ Stick butter
2 tablespoons Flour
cup Sugar
1 can (large) evaporated milk
3 Eggs; beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 can (3.5-oz) coconut

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been heavily greased & floured. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Loosen edges & serve warm.
