1¼ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
½ | cup | Quick or rolled oats |
1 | teaspoon | SWEETENER |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Coconut |
¼ | cup | NUTS OR SEEDS |
¾ | cup | Water |
Directions
Blend oats until fine. Remove from blender. Blend remaining ingredients, except flour, until smooth. Stir together all ingredients. Knead for 1 minute. Pinch off 1 tablespoon dough.
