Cold crappie salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cooked, flaked crappie (or bluegill)
1 Hard cooked egg, quartered
6 slices Cucumber pickles
1 Tomato, cut in quarters
8 slices Pickled beets
Lettuce, shredded
Dressing:
1 cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Ketchup
2 teaspoons Relish
1 teaspoon Horseradish
¼ teaspoon Mustard

Directions

Put shredded lettuce all over the plates. Place fish in center.

Arrange egg, pickles, tomato and beets around edge of plate. Top with dressing (or use Thousand Island dressing).
