Cold crappie salad

Ingredients

1 | cup | Cooked, flaked crappie (or bluegill) |
1 | Hard cooked egg, quartered | |
6 | slices | Cucumber pickles |
1 | Tomato, cut in quarters | |
8 | slices | Pickled beets |
Lettuce, shredded | ||
Dressing: | ||
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ | cup | Ketchup |
2 | teaspoons | Relish |
1 | teaspoon | Horseradish |
¼ | teaspoon | Mustard |
Directions
Put shredded lettuce all over the plates. Place fish in center.
Arrange egg, pickles, tomato and beets around edge of plate. Top with dressing (or use Thousand Island dressing).
