Cool chicken 'n' pasta salad

3 cups Cooked elbow macaroni (~1 1/2c dry) or corkscrew macaroni (~2 1/4c dry)
cup Cherry tomatoes; 1/2'd
1 small Red onion; chopped (~1/4c)
2 cans (5-oz) Swanson Chunk Chicken; drained
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
1 small Cucumber; thinly sliced
¾ cup Fat free Italian salad dressing

BTW, the White Pasta from Hell was a BIG HIT.

In large bowl toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Var: Marinate & grill boneless, skinless chicken breasts then cut in small cubes, instead of canned chicken; use 2 cucumbers, medium chunked; use Roma tomatoes, medium dice; substitute fresh cilantro instead of parsley; add no-fat shredded mozzeralla or other cheese; add as many chile peppers of whatever variety you choose.
