Corn bread bites^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Flour
½ cup Cornmeal
1 tablespoon Sugar
teaspoon Baking powder
1 Egg, beaten
½ cup Sour cream
1 can (8oz) cream corn
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup Thinly sliced green onion
3 tablespoons Sunflower kernals

Directions

Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, and baking powder.

Combine egg, sour cream, and corn. Stir into flour mixture. Stir in cheese and green onion.

Preheat oven to 375F.

Fill greased mini muffin cups ⅔ full. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Bake about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool about 2 minutes in pan; remove and serve.
