PAN: 18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 425 F. OVEN 1. PREPARE MIX ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS ON CONTAINER.

2. POUR ABOUT 1 GAL (10 LB) BATTER INTO EACH WELL- GREASED PAN.

3. BAKE 20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.

4. COOL; CUT 6 BY 9.

* ALL NOTES ARE PER 100 PORTIONS.

NOTE: 1. CORN BREAD MIX IS A SLIGHTLY SWEETENED PRODUCT. IN STEP 1, 15 OZ (2 CUPS) GRANULATED SUGAR MAY BE ADDED TO MIX IF A SWEETER PRODUCT IS DESIRED.

NOTE: 2. IN STEP 4, IN CONVECTION OVEN IS USED, BAKE AT 375 F. 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE ON LOW FAN WITH OPEN VENT.
