Corn chip-tamale pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
2 smalls Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Basil
2 teaspoons Salt
cup Tomatoes
1 can Cream-style corn
1 can Ripe olives; sliced
1 pack (14-oz) corn chips
2 Eggs; beaten

Directions

Brown beef and garlic; add chili powder, basil, salt and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole.

Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
