Tex mex nacho's

Ingredients

200 grams Blue nacho chips
1 cup Grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Sliced chicken strips (cooked)
1 cup Seeded, diced tomato
2 tablespoons Pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped fine

Directions

Prep time: 15 minutes. Bake time: 10 minutes.

guacamole, salsa and sour cream as dips Place about ½ the bag of nacho chips onto baking dish. Place half of remaining ingredients evenly over chips. Spread remaining nacho's over and top with remaining ingredients. Bake in a 400 F oven for about 8-10 minutes of until cheese melts and is bubbly. Top with chop green onions if desired. Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream as dippers.
