2 tablespoons Sugar
tablespoon Cornstarch
1 cup Milk
3 Eggs (beaten)
1 can (#10 size) cream style corn
2 tablespoons Butter
teaspoon Salt
1 dash Nutmeg

Directions

submitted by: rayna@... (Rayna from New Zealand) Corn Pudding - (This is a vegetable dish, not a dessert) Mix together sugar and cornstarch, gradually adding milk until smooth. Add eggs, corn, butter and salt and mix well. Turn into greased 1 quart [1 litre] baking dish, sprinkle top with nutmeg. Place pan in (a larger pan of) hot water at 300F [150C] for 1-¾ hours.
