Cornbread-coated pork chops

| ¼ | cup | Sour cream; light |
| 1½ | pounds | Pork loin chops |
| 1½ | cup | Stuffing-mix cornbread |
| Black pepper | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. F Spread sour cream over pork chops, coating all sides. Coat with cornbread stuffing mix. Place coated pork chops on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Season with pepper. Bake chops, uncovered, 45 minutes or until done. Serve immediately.
