1½ | quart | Tomato sauce |
¼ | cup | Jalapeno peppers -- chopped |
¼ | cup | Banana peppers -- chopped |
4 | ounces | Chili powder |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Diced fresh cilantro |
½ | pounds | Monterey jack cheese -- |
Grated | ||
1 | pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese -- |
Grated | ||
½ | Bottle Corona beer |
Directions
Brown the meats, add the onion and cook until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
