8 cups Corn well drained
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Salt
cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Chili powder

Directions

place corn in large skillet and lightly aute'. Add cheese and cook on low heat until cheese melts. Add chili powder to hot corn and cheese.
